Custom made and ready to assemble, SIPs are pre-engineered at the factory and delivered to the job site as a complete package.  This custom designed and pre-numbered panel system installs easily and reduces on-site time and on-site labor by up to 40%.

Sectional portions of pre-insulated floors, walls, and/or roofing make up the SIP system.  Each panel consists of a 6 to 12 inch core of Expanded Polystyrene laminated between two layers of Oriented Strand Board (OSB) or other engineered materials.

Each SIP contains 1-1/2" pre-cut wire chases in necessary locations.  The horizontal wire chases line up with the wire chases in the neighboring panel.  Each panel assembles together using tongue and groove at each connection point.  Grabber screws or 8 penny ringshank nails secure each panel to its neighbor panel by going through the OSB into the metal spline for a very solid connection.
